Harshit Kaushik is a legal professional with expertise in intellectual property, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic project management.

With several years of diverse legal experience, Mr. Kaushik has held key roles in law firms and consultancy projects, showcasing skills in alternative dispute resolution, contract lifecycle management, and business operations. He has also led legal & operational projects, advised clients on compliance issues, and worked in dynamic environments involving litigation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement. 

Mr. Kaushik holds a Master of Law (LLM) specializing in Intellectual Property Rights from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, as well as a Master of Management in Human Resources Management (MHRM) from the University of Windsor.
