DR. VARTIKA MATHUR, PhD
Dr. Vartika Mathur heads the Animal-Plant Interactions Lab within the Department of Zoology at the Sri Venkateswara College (a constituent college of the University Of Delhi), where she is also the director of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell.
Dr. Mathur specializes in multi-trophic interactions and microbial applications in environment monitoring, agriculture, and therapeutics. Her microbial culture facility has a repository of more than 600 microbial symbionts isolated from various plants, ants and frogs. She has authored numerous books and academic papers in distinguished journals.
Dr. Mathur has obtained many grants and consultancy projects from governments, as well as private organizations. Her ongoing focus is on the chemical ecology of animal-plant-microbe interactions and the “One Health” of plants, environment and humans.
Dr. Mathur is the first Indian to receive the “NFP-Nuffic Fellowship” to pursue her PhD from Wageningen University. She now teaches undergraduate students studying Animal Behavior, Research Methodology, Environmental Management, and Wildlife Conservation at Sri Venkateswara College.

DR. SUDHAKAR RAJU, PhD, MPA, FRM
Dr. Sudhakar Raju is a professor of Finance and Business Intelligence & Analytics at Rockhurst University. He also teaches Quantitative Methods as visiting faculty at Harvard University.
Dr. Raju is a recipient of both the “Missouri Governor’s Award for Teaching Excellence,” as well as the “Harvard Kennedy School Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence.” He has published several papers on risk management, hedging, investing, and macro-econometrics.
Dr. Raju has served as a consultant to several world-class organizations, including the World Bank, the United Nations Development Programme, the Chicago Board of Trade, the Kuwait Investment Fund, the Bahrain Stock Exchange, and numerous commercial and central banks.
Dr. Raju holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard University, and a PhD in Financial Economics from Northern Illinois University. He is also certified as a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
